Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RapDuo (rapduo.app), a service that turns two photos into a short AI-generated rap duet video. By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

RapDuo lets you upload two photos and render a short video in which the people from your photos perform an original AI-generated rap duet. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To generate videos you need an account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
One Account Per Person: Signup credits are limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim free credits may result in all related accounts being closed.

Your Own Likeness: You may upload photos of yourself.
Other People: You may only upload photos of other people with their explicit permission to appear in an AI-generated video.
Minors: You must not upload photos of anyone under 18 without the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Public Figures: You must not upload photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, or create videos intended to deceive, harass, defame or impersonate anyone.
Prohibited Content: Sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content is not allowed. Requests that trip our content filters are blocked and refunded.

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and the videos you create and share.

Credits, Payments and Refunds

Credits: Videos are paid for with credits. The cost of each video is shown before you generate it. Monthly credits renew each billing period and do not roll over; yearly plans grant the full year's credits up front, valid for 12 months.
Failed Renders: If a render fails, times out or is blocked by a content filter, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You only pay for finished videos.
Refunds: The first payment of an unused subscription can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have been spent on finished videos are not refundable.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the videos generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them in order to provide the service.
Template Scenes: The scene templates are inspired by well-known performances and are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The audio included with a generated video may be subject to third-party rights; you are responsible for checking that you have the right to use it where you post the video.
Our Service: The website, software and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law.

No Affiliation

RapDuo is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Migos, Quavo, Takeoff, Offset, COLORS or A COLORS SHOW. All names are used only to describe the trend the tool recreates.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". AI output varies and we do not guarantee that any video will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the photo and consent rules above.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
